1. The Lies

Before flying in, I repeatedly asked the dealer agent, Marc, about the 2006 Hummer H2's condition. The agent provided a direct, written guarantee that was a total fabrication.

When I posted honest reviews exposing the fraud, a sheehan Sales Manager, clint thomas offered a $1,000 payoff to remove my reviews.

I temporarily removed the reviews in good faith, but clint, of course, never sent the money and then ghosted me.

Proof of Pay off Attempt - the voice mail transcript:

Good morning David this is clint thomas at sheehan buick gmc. I just wanted to touch base with you this morning um, and I will be leaving in about 45 minutes, I'll be back in the office tomorrow morning. But, oh we still have the reviews on cars.com, dealer rater, and yelp that I did see, I don't know if you've got any others anywhere else out there, can't find the one on google. But I was just going to ask you if you could get those removed uh I wanna cut you back your check. Um, so, you can give me a call tomorrow if you like uh, 954-943-2200, my extension is 611 and I will follow up with a phone call tomorrow to you, okay? Thanks, look forward to hearing from you, take care and have a great day bye bye.

2. The Cover-up & Bribe

The entire chain of criminal behavior—starting with Willful Deceit in the sale of a hazardous Hummer H2 and continuing with a corrupt $1,000 bribe—was formally documented and brought to the attention of the CEO.

I ensured the CEO, tom sheehan, was fully aware of the facts, including the documented evidence of fraud, the safety risks of the vehicle, and his own sales manager's corrupt bribe promise.

Predictably, sheehan chose his right to remain silent. And, by failing to respond, sheehan sanctioned every fraudulent act and the corrupt bribe his company committed.

3. Willful Deceit

Warning:

Be aware of sheehan's deceptive and predatory business practices.
